Yearnalism
This entire album is absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, I was completely captivated. I found myself replaying nearly every song two or three times before moving on, which made it wonderfully difficult to make it through the album in one sitting.
The songs I've selected below are the ones that moved me most deeply. Honestly, the entire album moved me. Don't be surprised if you see more journal prompts added for songs that aren't included here. I have a feeling this album will continue to reveal new reflections each time I return to it. For each song below, I've created journal prompts to accompany your listening experience, an invitation to pause, reflect, and explore whatever the music stirs within you.
As you listen, I'd love to hear from you. Share your favorite song, a reflection that resonated, or something you discovered about yourself along the way.
Enjoy the journey.

Who in your life have you found the hardest to let go of? What is it about this person or the connection you shared that has made saying goodbye so difficult?
Reflect on the ways this person has disappointed or let you down. As you look back on these experiences, ask yourself: Does this relationship reflect the love, respect, and care you deserve? Why or why not?
If your answer is no, write about the kind of person who does deserve a place in your life. What qualities, values, and characteristics would they have? How would they treat you, support you, and make you feel?
Have you ever tried to walk away from this person? If so, what was it like to experience life without them? What emotions surfaced, and what did that time teach you about yourself and the relationship?
If you haven't walked away, imagine what your life might look like without them. What feels different? What fears arise, and what possibilities become available?

When did you first begin to feel that the love, care, or effort you were giving wasn't being reciprocated? How did you communicate what you were experiencing, and how was your honesty received?
As you reflect on this relationship, what patterns, habits, or beliefs are you ready to leave behind? What qualities, strengths, or ways of loving are you proud of and hope to carry into a healthy relationship in the future?

What has happened in your relationship that has caused you to question whether this love is meant to last? How is this challenge different from those you've faced together in the past? What makes this moment feel more difficult to overcome?
What does love mean to you? What do you believe love means to your partner? If you're unsure, take the opportunity to ask them. Afterward, reflect on what you learned. In what ways are your definitions of love similar, and where do they differ?
In the past, have you second-guessed your relationship, or is this the first time?

Have you and a close friend ever crossed a boundary with one another? After it happened, did you openly talk about it or quietly move past it? How did that moment change your friendship, if at all?
If the two of you never fully addressed what happened, what has kept the conversation from happening? Is the hesitation yours, theirs, or mutual?
Before that moment, did you have feelings for your friend? Were you secretly hoping for something more? Afterward, did your feelings deepen, or did you wish you could undo it to protect the friendship?
If you are nervous about having the conversation, use a page in your journal to free-write what you want to say to your best friend.

Describe the way you feel about the person who comes to your mind as you listen to this song?
What reasons do you think the person you have a connection with is resistant to revealing the love you feel they have for you?
Think about the ways you've shown your love through your actions. What have you been willing to give up or put aside for this relationship? Looking back, would you make those same sacrifices again? Why or why not?

What is something you dreamed of having when you were younger that you now have today? It could be a physical item, an experience, an opportunity, a relationship, or a piece of wisdom. How does it feel to know you've become the person your younger self once hoped to be?
On the days that feel especially heavy, or even the days that feel just okay, what or who reminds you that you are loved? How do those reminders help you keep going?
Send someone a text or a message via social media and say, “All Your Love,” by checking on them and sending something encouraging you feel they may need to hear.

Have you ever felt disconnected from who you truly are? What experiences led you away from yourself, and what might help guide you back home?
How can you forgive yourself for not being who you needed to be during a season when you didn't yet know better or have the emotional capacity to do differently? What would it look like to offer your past self the same compassion, grace, and understanding you so freely give to others?
Write yourself a 14-line sonnet offering forgiveness, encouragement, and grace. Reflect on the lessons you've learned, the strength you've discovered, and the words you hope your future self will remember when life feels uncertain.
