1. How can you intentionally check in with yourself in a positive and affirming way? What does acknowledging your own effort and growth look like in practice?
2. Write a personal affirmation that speaks to where you are right now. What words do you need to hear and believe?
3. Who or what lifts you up when you feel too tired to keep going? How do they remind you of your strength?
4. What words of encouragement has someone shared with you that still echo in your mind during difficult moments? Why do those words stay with you?
5. Reach out to someone who might need encouragement today. Send them a thoughtful message, a reminder of their strength, or words of appreciation. How does offering encouragement make you feel?
