POWER AND PROBLEMS
Written By: Amir King, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, Phillip Adetumbi, Thomas Goodwin
1. What past heartbreak left you feeling like it was safer to be alone than to risk falling in love again? What beliefs or fears did that experience leave behind?
2. Are you holding onto trauma that feels too uncomfortable to face? What makes it hard to seek professional support to help you unpack and heal from those experiences?
3. What is your love language, and how does it show up in how you give and receive care?
4. Think of a recent moment when you were afraid of being fully seen. What negative self-talk surfaced and held you back from engaging or showing up as your whole self?
5. When was a time in your life when someone truly made you feel seen? What did they do or say that made you feel safe? How did that moment shape the way you show up in relationships today?
MIRRORONNABENZ
Written By: Benjamin Saint Fort, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin
*These specific prompts were inspired by his interview on The Breakfast Club unpacking this specific song*
Do you know what you’re capable of, yet still feel afraid of stepping into your full potential? What fears or beliefs show up when you imagine becoming the highest version of yourself?
Have you ever felt disconnected from your inner child and wished to reconnect? Please take a moment now to acknowledge them by writing a gentle letter to your inner child. What do they need to hear from you today?
It’s time to speak life over yourself. Write down five things you want to call into your life. Read your list out loud five times, slowly, until the words begin to settle into you. Then, stand in front of a mirror, look at your reflection, and recite your list back to yourself.
Example:
“Olivia, an abundant amount of blessings will continue to pour into your life, and you will feel deserving of every single one.” If you want to make this part of your daily routine, tape your list to your mirror as a daily affirmation.
FLY AWAY
Written By: Darius Wooten, Hod David, Musze, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, Sheryl Ann Padre
Which past relationship was your hardest goodbye? Who decided to end things? What was it about that relationship that made the goodbye so painful?
Did you ever receive the closure you needed from that relationship? If not, what do you still wish you understood or heard?
When you think about that person and the relationship you shared, which memories replay in your mind? Are they mostly good, painful, or a mix of both?
Have you ever ended a relationship with someone, only to watch them move on in a way that made you feel like you were the one who lost? What emotions came up for you in that moment, and what did it reveal about the relationship or about yourself?

What has heartbreak taught you about yourself, love, and what you deserve?
SURVIVE
Written By: Eric Bellinger, Jacquan Andrews, Julius Rivera III, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, Timothy McKibbins, Zachary Mullet
When do you notice feelings of guilt or shame arise around the fact that you’re still here, still growing, while others you care about didn’t make it this far or had a different path? What moments or memories tend to trigger those emotions?
How are you honoring your loved ones and friends who are no longer here in the physical? What rituals, memories, or quiet moments keep their presence alive in your life today?
Who in your life do you feel you’ve drifted away from, and how has that distance shaped you? What do you wish you could say to them now?
Make a list numbered 1-10 and reflect on all the things you are grateful for in this life.
Pause…
Take a deep breath…
Hug yourself tight!
Know you are loved and I am happy you are here!
