LOUD
Written By: Bastian Langebaek, Max Wolfgang, Olivia Dean
Have you ever been dating someone and, just as things started feeling serious and steady, they suddenly disappeared without explanation? How did that experience make you feel, and did you find yourself questioning what you might have done wrong? Were you able to reach out for clarity, or did you choose to let it be?
Have you ever been the one to pull away or ghost someone you were getting close to without explaining why? What led you to that decision, and what emotions or circumstances influenced your choice to end things that way?
Throwaway Letter ✉️
Take a few minutes to write a letter to the person who ghosted you (or to someone you’ve ghosted). Express everything you wish you could have said, the confusion, hurt, or closure you needed. When you’re done, release it however feels right: tear it up, burn it safely, or delete it. Let that act symbolize letting go of what no longer needs to stay with you.
BABY STEPS

In what ways have you been slowly finding yourself again after the breakup or loss? What parts of you are beginning to re-emerge?
What has your experience been like moving on after the breakup? What emotions, realizations, or shifts have surfaced along the way?

Think of the person who comes to mind while listening to this song, someone you once loved but are no longer with. Do you feel you received the closure you needed? If not, take a few moments to write what you wish you could say to them, and what you wish they would say in return, to find your own sense of closure.
You unexpectedly bump into a past love. With only a few minutes before you both return to your lives, what would you say to them?
Have you ever run into a past lover? What was that encounter like? What emotions came up for you, and what memories of your time together resurfaced?
Why do you think things didn’t work out between you two, and what helped you find peace and strength as you moved on?
